Good option, decent hotel but you'll need to pre-arrange parking elsewhere if you have a car.

Interesting, slightly quirky hotel. Seemed a good location but we didnt venture far as just a quick overnighter before flying out the next morning. Friendly and helpful staff.

Could do with redecorating the bathroom in particular as some black mastic sealant around the shower etc.

A fabulous location, beautiful and characterful, building with amazing staff and very comfortable!

Spacious comfortable room, excellent location and amazingly friendly staff!

Breakfast was a little limited and with very small tables and eating area but staff made it for it and nothing was too much trouble.

Friendly, patient, comfortable, accommodating, and well located.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and patient. It is not a fancy hotel, but it is clean, comfortable, and has a great location to the historical sites. It’s perfect for a simple stay with a little light breakfast and coffee to get you started on your day. I was so grateful for the kindness of the staff with my many questions. They know how to treat weary travelers.

I wish I could have stayed longer.

Nice hotel, clean room, good location, reasonably priced

Central location but quiet, you enter a courtyard through a solid wooden gate and the courtyard is shaded, cool and quiet. Staff very pleassant and helpful.

The entrance door bangs on closing and this is noisy. Breakfast is OK without being great.

Very good

Good location of the hotel. Breakfast was okay. Very positive approach & high level of customer service from the receptionists :)

Some of the furniture in the room was out of date. Very old building so noise-level from corridor was quite loud.

The breakfast was a great way to start the day. Staff is fantastic and the best is the hotel is located on a street every knows. It was a good location for day trips and behind big doors so no randoms walking in unless they ring the bell to get in. The air conditioning was nice is the extreme heat. It is an older building so the elevator and quirkiness adds to the charm. I wld not recommend to anyone who is afraid of tight spaces or in a wheel chair. Great jumping off spot.

The noise of the big doors slamming constantly and the neighbours pumping the toilet button felt like it was coming through the walls at wee hours of the night-morning.

Central location, decent breakfast, easy to find. Clean.

There was a strong perfume smell in my room that affected my sleep. Pricey for the room size(it was small)

A really good choice for my first visit to Naples - comfortable with friendly & very helpful staff.

Excellent breakfast with lots of options and choice. Hotel location was very good - near to Metro and 15 min walk from main station. Good local places to eat and lots of atmosphere in the historical quarter. Loved the old style lift and courtyard.

Shower was small - but clean and with excellent pressure and hot water

EXCELLENT LOCATION BUT A BIT NOISY AS OUR ROOM OVERLOOKED BUSY ROAD AND AIRCON DIDN'T ALWAYS WORK. sTAFF WERE VERY FROIENDLY AND HELPFUL AND THE BREAKFAST WAS SIMPLE BUT GOOD AND THEY KINDLY PACKED US A BREAKFAST WHEN WE WERE LEAVING EARLY

Nice old quirky hotel

Location great but noisy on St Gennero’s day. Room fine, bathroom well equipped, reception staff particularly helpful especially Miss Asia. The hotel is a little antiquated but fine.

The A/C was poor and the mildew in the shower tray could be quickly eradicated with spray!

Wonderful

We were able to check in early and the room was very clean. The people working there were very welcoming and helpful.

The hotel listed a shuttle for the airport, but they actually book a cab that you have to pay. The mention of the shuttle was misleading.
